Skills are based on hard dedicated work, training, experience and research. Mr. Erasmus takes pride in the courses he instructs. He pays attention to detail and makes adjustments when conducting training events according to the skills and experience of his students. Mr. Erasmus incorporates the he has learned in combat into his courses.

 

Ernest is experienced in Tactical Medicine using the TCCC curriculum and Advanced Medical Treatment all illnesses and diseases related factors and making sound decisions through proper Diagnostics and Holistic Treatment.  He has provided training to hundreds of students. He implements realistic, combat focused training so students are prepared to operate in high threat environments. He trains them to deal with different risks at varying levels of intensity so that they become able to effectively deal with any situation in any environment. He ensures students are able to identify and detecting hazards to mitigate risk, make sound tactical decisions, and understand the importance of Chain of Command and the Structure of Authority
